In-Person Training

Complimentary online fitness training is provided as well to ensure all 5 training pillars are developed adequately.
Hybrid Training
Best for those who already have their own home gym equipment and want the benefits of both in-home and online training. Includes one in person session per week, paired with online training to fill in the rest of the training week. Weekly in-person attention ensures the online program is maximized and clients are learning exercises and movements properly. Online training comes with a smaller charge than traditional online fitness training.
Online Training
Train with WMF from anywhere in the world with online fitness training. Video guided programs are put together and adjusted as needed to ensure results to match you.
